How much will our event cost?

Prices will be very clearly stated in your quote, explaining exactly what is included. If you want to clarify anything, or have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Do we need to book the venue:

We are more than happy to book your venue – we get preferential rates with venues (due to repeat business) and would love to pass these discounts on to your group. Let us sort out all the details for you, we know many of the problems that can occur, and have many years experience in solving these.

However, if you have already booked your venue (or would prefer to do it yourself) – this is not a problem.

As we have good relationships with many venues, and because there will always be a member of our staff present at your event (unless otherwise agreed), we can always ensure that your event runs smoothly. This leaves you free to relax and enjoy yourself – leave everything to us!

How much notice do you need for an event?

As much as possible would be great – we are happy to take bookings years in advance (!). If you think it may be too late notice, call us anyway – if we are available, we love a challenge!

What should we wear?

This will depend on your event – please have a chat with us at any point during your booking to discuss this. As a general rule – smart casual is best for most events and formal dress for Corporate Hospitality Events.

Balance:

The balance payment period varies depending on your event it can be from 30 days up to 12 weeks this will be pointed out in your proposal.

Cost:

To get the cost of your event/events simply complete the Quotation Request Form found in the left hand navigation column supplying us with your budget, numbers attending, dates and any other relevant information that will help us complete your proposal.

Prices will be very clearly stated in your quote, explaining exactly what is included. If you want to clarify anything, or have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

What happens if my numbers decrease, or increase:

We are very flexible about changes to the event, however, you must consider that venues often have quite strict cancellation policies which we will have agreed to when signing the contract on your behalf.

Increases in numbers are positively encouraged (!) – but are subject to availability.

Decreases are sometimes more complicated – depending on when your numbers decrease, there may not be any cancellation fee. The nearer the date of the event, the more likely a cancellation fee will be incurred which also increases as the date approaches. For example, many venues demand 98% of the value if the cancellation is less than 1 month before the event!

Enquiry:

 Please send us your enquiry by our  Quotation Request Form. We will reply to you by an email/telephone you to discuss your exact requirements.

Event Conformation.

In the first instance please check with us on sales@cabaretcasino.co.uk, Quotation Request regarding the event availability and confirmation of prices. One of our team at Cabaret Casino will confirm availability with the price with an email or text.

The next stage is for you to complete the Confirm Event Form which we will email you the link along with our Terms and Conditions. If all is in order simply fill in the confirmation on the booking form and submit it back to us as soon as possible. This will act as confirmation, that you wish to purchase the events in question at the price indicated and that you have read and understood our terms and conditions on behalf of your party.

When we have received your confirmation form we will then raise a deposit invoice, if the event is more than 4/12 (variable subject to suppliers terms) weeks away or an invoice for the whole amount if the event is taking place within 4/12 weeks (variable subject to suppliers terms). Please note that invoices will be emailed to you. We no longer post out invoices. You will then have 7 days in which to pay the invoice in full to guarantee that we will hold the packages/tickets on your behalf. Payment can be made by cheque or BACS direct to our bank. Please note that event documentation will not be sent unless full payment has been received by the due date as outlined on the invoice.

Deposit.

We must receive deposit by return to secure your reservation (otherwise it may not go ahead – unless previously agreed)

When we have received your confirmation form we will then raise a deposit invoice, if the event is more than 4/12 (variable subject to suppliers terms) weeks away or an invoice for the whole amount if the event is taking place within 4/12 weeks (variable subject to suppliers terms).
